Hi, My name is Paulina, the director of Incarnation Lutheran Preschool. I have 4 kids of my own with my husband Brian, Emily 14, Kimberly 12, Jayden 6, and Melanie 1 (currently in the infant room). I love to spend time with my family going to the movies or taking a road trip. I have been a preschool teacher for over a decade and a half and have been in all classrooms from infant to pre-k and even some Kinder. I love to work with kids and find the experience so rewarding. This is my first year as a director and with my awesome staff and many of the church staff have made this transition a smooth and successful one. I hope you have all had a pleasant experience and look forward to an amazing new year. If there are any questions or concerns, please know that my door is always open and thank you for entrusting my staff and myself with the care of your children.

My name is Ms. Rebecca. I have taught the 3-year old and Pre-K class here at Incarnation Lutheran Preschool. I live in Escondido with my husband Andrew and our 2 daughters, Kaleigh (7 yrs. old) and Cassidy (4yrs. old). I have been a preschool teacher for over 20 years and I love teaching children, watching them learn through their environment and starting a relationship with Christ. I have 2 Bachelor degrees, one in Music and the other in Applied Professional Studies (teaching). I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have worked for Incarnation Lutheran Preschool since 2012 and I feel very blessed to be here.

Hello, my name is Brenda Bowers and I am the Infant/Toddler Teacher. Though I am new to ILP, this is my fifth-year teaching children aged six weeks to six years old. I have an Associate of Science Degree in Child Development and continue to take coursework in Child Development and Early Childhood Education. I am first aid and CPR certified for infants and children. When I am not at school you can typically find me at the dog beach with my family and pups!
Miss Brenda
My name is Betsy Regan and this is my 4th year at ILP and my 25th year teaching preschool. I moved here to Poway four years ago from Winnetka, Ill. I have a Bachelor's degree from Boston University and an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Oakton Community College. I have two children, Emily, 30 and Christopher, 27 and am a new grandmother to Charlie, 4 months. Last summer I got married to Chris Prine and we are happily settled in a new house here in Poway. I enjoy tennis several times a week and am currently playing competitively in a league. I am presently helping in the 3's classroom with Miss Lauren. ILP has been a wonderful, warm school for me and I'm happy to help where I can.

Hi! My name is Lauren and I have the privilege of teaching the three-year-old class here at Incarnation Lutheran Preschool. I graduated from the University of Arizona with a major in Journalism and a minor in Religious Studies. I have always had a passion for teaching and never looked at it as a, "Monday thru Friday", but rather a gift. Over the years, I have dedicated much of my time to learning more about differentiated studies, early childhood development/education and best practice strategies in the classroom. My four-year-old daughter is a student here at Incarnation and I am proud to say much of our beliefs and learning styles are incorporated in her classroom as well. Teaching and being around positive energy, all day is a blessing - I have never felt more connected to God than when He led me to this opportunity of guiding our future!

Hello. My name is Celeste. I have been teaching since 2005. I have a Bachelor Degree in Liberal Arts and have a Site Supervisor Teaching Permit. My philosophy teaching is that I believe that children learn through play. As teachers, it is important that we set up a positive and child appropriate environment to learn and explore.
I was born in Los Angeles and have lived in San Diego, CA and North Carolina. I speak Taishan and English. I have two dogs that I love very much. During my free time I enjoy shopping, going to the movies, and trying new restaurants.
Miss Celeste
Hi I’m Ms. Haley, I’m the two year old teacher at ILP. I was born in Corpus Christi TX, but moved around quite a bit, because my dad was in the Navy. I moved to San Diego two years ago with my husband Jacob who is stationed here. I have 2 dogs a cat and now happily a baby boy. I love teaching because I enjoy watching my kids grow and learn over the year and have fun doing it. I hope to make an impact on every one of my kids every year.
