Council Bio - Becky Draper
I have been a member of Incarnation since 1990 and have served on the church council for two terms in the past. I have served 2 terms on the Synod Council and am currently finishing up a term. I currently serve on the executive committee of the Pacifica Synod for another year. I enjoy the time I have spent on Synod Council. It has introduced me to many people both lay and ordained who have taught me much and strenghed my faith.
I am a retired RN. I worked for 13 years in the hospital setting in many different departments. I switched to school nursing and worked another 12 years for the San Diego Unified School district retiring in 2018.
I am married to Brad and have two boys Kent and Brett and 2 wonderful grandchildren Noah and Rose.
I look forward to my time on council. I hope I can bring my experience of serving on Synod Council to bring some new ideas to our church council.

Brenda and I have three grown children and six grandchildren. We currently live in Rancho Bernardo with our 2 Shetland Sheepdogs.
Council Bio – Nancy Henroid
I am very excited to be considered for Church Council and serve through our 4 Faces of Mission. A little bit about me… I work in business strategy within the healthcare industry. My husband and I, along with our two teenagers, have been members of Incarnation for about ten years. I am currently the Local Mission Committee Chair and have been in this role for approximately 8 years. Through the years, I have also taught Sunday School and have volunteered at various community service organizations including Meals on Wheels, food banks, and homeless shelters.
I enjoy being outdoors and have fun biking, hiking, gardening and walking our dog, Benji, with my family.
