© 2011 Incarnation Lutheran Church
Incarnation Lutheran has a long history of excellent music expressed though vibrant choirs and congregational singing, dynamic contemporary musicians and skilled soloists. A hallmark of our ministry is the frequent integration of musicians of all ages, from young children through seniors. New members are always welcome to participate in LCI's music. You need not be an experienced musician; you just need the desire to learn and the love of music.
Incarnation is host to numerous concerts officered by professional, community, and student organizations. Both our choir and soloists join together with these community groups to provide engaging, artistic concerts.
The Liturgical Choir
This choir, open to older teens and adults rehearses September –June on Thursdays from 7:00-8:30. Great choral music from the Renaissance to the present makes up the choir’s repertoire. The choir sings for the 8:30 service and for special seasonal services. Contact Beckie Steller for more information.
Youth and Children's Choirs and Music
Incarnation’s children’s and youth choirs meet on Sundays during the school year and are open to all children and youth from 4 years through high school. In addition to singing for Sunday services, the choirs give concerts and special presentations through the year. We also offer music education to children and youth during Sunday School.
Our praise team leads the music for our contemporary-style worship held at 11:00. The ensemble, called Revived, rehearses Saturday afternoons. Contact Scott Steller for more information.
Short Term ensembles and small groups
For special occasions through the year, we have instrumental ensembles, small choirs and bell groups which present music for any of our worship services. Contact Beckie Steller for more information
